Cool-kid-approved vegan Mexican street food based in the backwinds of Chinatown. New York or bust, baby.

I worked with the co-founders, Nima and Koorosh, on other culinary ventures. When they started cooking up Jajaja they asked me to help strategize on brand identity and write key messages. Years later, the restaurant has become a nueva landmark on a quirky downtown corner.
